The Mobilizing Indigenous Leadership for Policy Arts, & Sovereignty (MILPAS) Fellowship is intended for individuals who are wanting to develop a one-time project (podcast series, short film, etc.) that aligns with OYE's mission. Projects should touch on one of the following topics, Mental Health, Educational, Cultural, and/or Social. We highlighy encourage community organizers, artists, and culutural bearers to propose a one-time project; however, proposals of series of programing, such as a series of accesible workshops, will also be considered. Your proposal should outline how the project will serve the indigenous migrant community of your area.
