Indigenous Mentorship Program
IMP aims to empower Indigenous youth who reside in the state of California by pairing them with an Indigenous Mentor that can readily support them with navigating all areas of life.
OYE’s Indigenous Youth Conference
The Indigenous Youth Conference is still in the planning stages at the moment. We will publish the dates once we are ready to receive registration. You can follow us on our social media to keep up to date of our events.
Regional Youth Group Project
Creating support for Oaxaqueñx/Indigenous youth groups in different regions in California. The support varies on each region and our main goal is to support them on their projects.

The first OYE conference
The planning of the Encuentro started in 2013 and after months of planning. The Encuentro was held in Santa Maria, California on April 12, 2014. The Encuentro was held in Santa Maria due to its central location for everyone to travel. The Encuentro was a one-day event which eventually turn to a 3-day event for the following year.
